Utilities are billed separately from base rent.

Rent payments can be made conveniently online through the Bilt resident payment platform.

Applicants will need to complete ID verification during the application process. Household income should be at least three times the monthly rent, and acceptable income documentation includes one month of pay stubs, a current offer letter, or three months of bank statements.

Yes, renter's insurance is required. Residents must maintain a policy with at least $300,000 in liability coverage and list the community as an interested party.
